Uniroids.net ships orders to customers within Canada, and in select cases to the United States and international destinations where permitted.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers depending on product type and availability.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once shipped, customers receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories using reliable courier and postal services.
Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
United States
Shipping to the U.S. may be available for select items.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days, depending on customs processing.

International Shipping

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if available) will be sent.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier.

f your package arrives damaged or incomplete:
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
Our support team will review the case and advise next steps.
We aim to resolve every issue fairly and efficiently.
Due to the nature of our products and compliance requirements, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been shipped.
However, if an order arrives defective or incorrect due to our error:

If eligible, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Important: Unauthorized returns or items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
